On behalf of the Friendly Isle Christian Fellowship Church, we would like to thank all of you that donated your time, resources, and your God-given talents to help make our March 22 first annual spring cleaning sale a success. The event was geared as a community outreach and therefore the Friendly Isle United Fund was picked as the recipient of all proceeds that came in from the sale of donated items dropped off or picked up in the months prior. In addition to the jumping castle, free chili and fresh malasadas were offered.
Raymond Hiro and Lono set the tone by providing the perfect music to a breezy yet comfortable cloudy day. Thank you also to Coffees of Hawaii for donating the fresh brewed coffee. To all the help before, during and after the event: Ilika and Janeen Kaahanui, Ikaika and Kala Juario, Cee and Leinaala, Mike and Katina Soares, Mike and Pat Maskovich, Bill and Victoria Kapuni, Mark and Eliza Poaipuni, Kalani and Kim Pagan, Ryan, Tina and Alyssa Cacpal, Camijei and Houston Hiro, Annette English, Frank and Tabi Pupuhi, Roy and Violet Hirayama, Kyle, Kay, Daniel and Sarah Lum, Karen Holt and Carlana Cameros of MCSC in their support in providing the kitchen resources needed and many behind the scenes we may have missed. A Big Mahalo to All!
